Today’s buzz is a gem from Belgium: La Chouffe Blond Bier.


This delicious blonde ale has tasting notes of shortbread, citrus, and coriander. It’s got a quirky and cute label and comes in a small, tubby bottle. But don’t be deceived—this brew is pretty badass. With an ABV of 8%, it will knock you down quickly if you’re not careful. 


Pair it with lots of different meals, including steamed mussels, waffles and syrup, and lamb and asparagus. All the foods, basically.
