While shooting on the beaches of Indonesia for her forthcoming Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue editorial, model Hailey Clauson suffered a red-alert wardrobe malfunction—her right breast popped entirely out of her swimsuit.

It is unclear how this transpired, but it appears Clauson had been properly prepped for such sexy workplace hazards. She recovered in the breast possible way (sorry), by simply covering her chest with her hand instead.
