The news popped up in the HITS Daily Double Rumor Mill Friday, just one item among many, but it landed hard—the Mill's "spies" said fans can plan on seeing a new album "this fall from Eminem (Shady/Aftermath/Interscope)."
This goes along with a tweet Eminem posted in October that assured his followers he was up to something good.
Rap-Up backed up the rumor of the new album with a quote from Allen Hughes, who directed the HBO rap documentary The Defiant Ones. Hughes told Uproxx in July that Dr. Dre "records every day. Literally, he’s in there recording songs every day."
"...Right now he’s producing," Hughes said, "in the 11th hour, a track for Eminem’s latest album."
That's about all we need to know to prove that Shady's definitely ready to follow up The Marshall Mathers LP 2.
