Yesterday, we had a noted Star Trek expert and a well-regarded Star Wars devotee hash out the differences between their two beloved franchises. But we feel like maybe we should be offering olive branches instead of throwing more gas on the fire.

Luckily, College Humor has done just that. We’ve been hearing for months how new Star Trek director J.J. Abrams has actually been a lifelong Star Wars fan, so it’s probably no surprise that he’s gone to great lengths to bring the two together:
