Patrón Silver & Becky G Launch Limited-Edition Tequila
The collectible bottle benefits the Our Rainwater Project’s sustainability efforts in Mexico.
Mexican-American singer and rapper Becky G is giving back to her community with a limited-edition Patrón Tequila bottle partnership that benefits rainwater harvesting efforts.
The Inglewood, California-raised artist behind hits like “MAMIII” personally worked with the tequila giant in developing a new Patrón Silver bottle alongside Our Rainwater Project, an effort as eye-catching as it is meaningful. Working with Mexican non-profit Isla Urbana, the Our Rainwater Project Limited-Edition Patrón Silver bottle will help the tequila maker install 200 rainwater harvesting systems across the agave-rich state of Jalisco, nodding to the fact that reliable water access can be difficult to come by across the region.
The collection is anchored by a limited-edition bottle featuring a custom cork and wearable scarf designed by Becky G, with vivid blue and green tones nodding to both water and agave itself. The partnership has deep roots and offers a tangible way to impact change, the acclaimed tequila maker said. Fittingly, the limited run of just 350 bottles will be available for pre-order for $60 starting July 24, just ahead of National Tequila Day.
“Our longstanding partnership is rooted in a shared connection to Jalisco, Mexico — the land where Patrón is made and where Becky G.’s family heritage begins,” the company noted. For the singer herself, the partnership is even more personal. “Jalisco has shaped both Patrón and me,” Becky G said. “It’s where Patrón is made and where all four of my abuelitos are from,” as the singer further noted that the project “gave us an opportunity to celebrate that connection, while helping shine a light on something incredibly important.”
The collaboration also features a collectible tin bearing Becky G’s signature, one that takes its cues from the Becky G-designed bottle in using elegant blue and green waves to highlight the charitable effort. Within that tin is a flagship bottle of Patrón Silver, so fans of the vibrant pop singer have a duo of ways to give back while enjoying the design efforts of the Latin Grammy-nominated former SKIMS campaign model.
Becky G’s time with Patrón includes headlining the 2024 release of Patrón Cristalino, and the tequila company also supported the launch of her 2025 Netflix documentary Rebecca. Becky G is also gearing up to release her fifth studio album, BARAJA BENDITA, led by new single and music video “PATRONA,” which notably features Patrón tequila in the music video and throughout the song itself. Becky G is also set to join KAROL G for 10 North American dates on her upcoming “Viajando Por El Mundo Tropitour,” per Consequence of Sound.
Becky will open for KAROL G at upcoming stadium dates in Toronto (7/29), Washington D.C. (8/2), Los Angeles (8/15), San Francisco (8/21 + 8/22), Seattle (8/26), San Antonio (9/2), El Paso (9/5 + 9/6), and East Rutherford (9/18).
