Bentley Bentayga Mulliner Outdoor Pursuits Edition Celebrates Fishing, Horses and Dogs

Bentley’s luxury SUV gets an English countryside-inspired overhaul.

The latest Bentayga SUV trim from Bentley’s luxury-focused Mulliner division inspires thoughts of quintessentially British outdoor endeavors.

Limited to just 11 examples, the Bentayga Mulliner “Outdoor Pursuits” edition is meant to celebrate a buyer’s choice of “angling, horse riding or dog walking” via an positively posh, English countryside-inspired interior overhaul.

Upon entry, LED Bentley Welcome lights and illuminated treadplates invite passengers. The seats are hand cross-stitched and embroidered with a woodland scene, while the dash is accented with chrome overlays and, in provided images of the angling theme, embellished with a silvery sketch of a fly fisherman. Horse and British foxhound motifs are also available.

The Outdoor Pursuits interiors are also defined by a “Liquid Amber” straight grain veneer to edge the dark fiddleback eucalyptus veneer of the fascias.

A new woven wool finish on the door panels, seat back pockets, grab handles and further detailing around the instrument panels adds other natural textures, as does a Sand Herringbone Tweed strap added below the central controls.

There aren’t any exterior features exclusive to the Outdoor Pursuits trim. The diamond-turned and polished 22-inch ten-spoke alloy wheels are color-matched to one of three paint coats—Havana brown, Cumbrian green or Magnetic silver, all of which are already part of Bentley’s palate.

Bentley doesn’t mention which of the four Bentayga variants will offered with the Outdoor Pursuits treatment. Given that it’s essentially an interior package, anything from the Hybrid to the range-topping, twin-turbo W12-powered Speed could be on the table.
