Somewhere between a Bentley Continental built by hand and robotic arm on a production line and the Coachbuilt Mulliner division that spawned the topless, one-of-12 Bacalar lies the British marque’s latest custom cars: the Bespoke Series by Mulliner.

Similar in concept to the Rolls-Royce Coachbuild Collection, the recurring program will yield 100 examples of “highly curated, limited-edition cars” annually. “Each release is formulated and designed to reflect the cadence and desirability of a seasonal release by a luxury fashion house, highlighting Mulliner’s role as Bentley’s bespoke and coachbuilding division,” the company said in a statement.

Inaugurating the Bespoke Series is a batch of 100 Continental GT S and GT S Convertibles available in six different colors. All feature black painted 22-inch sports wheels with Mulliner self-levelling wheel badges, mood lighting, and the Bentley Rotating Display. Interiors are marked by dark-tinted chrome details, comfort seats, and a bespoke perforation pattern covering seat uppers, doors, and rear quarters. There’s an overarching pattern across the six colorways: each has a racing stripe in a dark Beluga black tone that’s finished with a glossy Pearl effect.

A shimmering Continental GT S in Salerno Blue pops the most in the provided imagery. The same color accents the seats, embroidered Bentley emblem headrests, steering wheel six o’clock marker, and gearlever. Fascia and trim are executed in dual-finish veneer. Likewise, the Snow Quartz white car features a deep contrast with the black stripe. Inside, Arctic White is the accent hide over Jet Black and Beluga, while the dual-finish fascia and trim feature Snow Quartz over Satin Beluga.

The deep blue-black tone of Midnight Prism Pearlescent is the most subdued visually, complemented by black sports wheels and Beluga Pearl effect racing stripe. The cockpit features Peacock blue as the primary accent, while the fascia is trimmed in Midnight Prism Pearlescent over Satin Beluga.

Green—a hue tied deeply to Bentley through British racing tradition dating back more than a century—appears in a modern Spectral variant. Inside, Verdant accent hide stands out against the main hide/secondary hide combination of Jet Black and Beluga. The fascia and trim are finished in Spectral Verdant over Satin Beluga.

The car with a Manuka Orange exterior is color-matched to the interior’s embroidered Bentley headrest emblems, seat piping, steering wheel six o’clock marker and gearlever. The dual finish veneer on fascia and trim features Manuka Orange over Satin Beluga, bisected by a dark chrome pinstripe. Lastly, Bright Ruby Red is a deep, rich red that appears outside and in on the seats, steering wheel and gearlever, and dual finish veneer.

The Continental GT S and GT S Convertible are powered by Bentley’s High Performance Hybrid powertrain—a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 paired with an electric motor—producing 670 horsepower and 686 pound-feet of torque, making it over 100 hp more powerful than the previous-generation GT S. Fully deployed, it covers 60 mph in 3.3 seconds for the coupe and rockets on to a top speed of 190 mph. The cost of these bespoke beauties have yet to be revealed, but expect to pay well north of the coupe’s $296,150 and the convertible’s $325,150 starting prices.
