Order a large pizza with everything on it and pop open a bottle of Prosecco, because it’s time to celebrate…Italian style! Founded way-the-hell back in 1910, boot-based automaker Alfa Romeo—known for its storied racing history and creating some of the most beautiful machines ever built—is sending cars to America for the first time since 1995. Leading the charge is the gorgeous and powerful 4C, set to hit stateside in 2014. Don’t let the fact that the car only has four cylinders fool you; a turbocharger helps it churn out 240 horses, and its super lightweight carbon frame (the 4C weighs less than 2000 lbs.) means it can hit 60 from a standstill in 4.5 seconds. Just make sure you keep the tank full, lest you end up like this guy.
