UFC’s Dana White Reveals Ripped Physique After Being Told He Only Had 10 Years To Live
The 53-year-old UFC boss dropped 30 pounds and said, “I feel like I’m 35 again.”
UFC President Dana White showed off his impressively fit physique in a shirtless pic on Instagram—following a dramatic lifestyle change he undertook after being told he only had 10 years to live.
White, 53, recently sought advice by Gary Brecka of 10X Health Systems, who has allegedly found a way to predict your death date based on your blood and DNA samples, and it served as a serious wake-up call for the hard-charging UFC boss, according to TalkSport.
“This guy can take your blood and your DNA and tell you when you’re going to die, and they’re right within a month,” White explained on the Action Junkeez podcast. “I connect with this guy, and they come in and they do my blood work and they scrape the insides of your cheeks to do your DNA. And the following Wednesday is when my results are supposed to be back.
“So, he calls me [and says] I’m going to come out personally and walk you through your blood work. He ends up coming out, he sits down for three and a half hours and goes through my blood work.”
White then was told he had just over 10 years to live.
“I’m all fucked up. Everything that can be bad can be possibly bad. He gave me 10.4 years to live,” he added. “This was 16 weeks ago and he said to me ‘If you don’t change these things, this is your life expectancy.’ He told me everything that was wrong with me, shit I hadn’t even told my wife.
“And he says, ‘If you do everything I tell you to do for the next ten weeks it will change your life.’ I did everything he said to the letter, and I lost 30 pounds. Everything is gone in ten fucking weeks, I have been working with doctors for ten years and they haven’t been able to do anything.
“This guy is incredible and he can literally change your life. I feel like I’m 35 years old again. Swear to god, I feel like I’m 35 again.”
White shared his story in a video on his Instagram that included a photo of the now buff MMA power broker.
Heavyweight boxing champion Tyson Fury was among those impressed with White’s new look, re-posting the shirtless photo on Instagram and adding: “Wow Dana White is looking fantastic. Hard work pays off. Go get it people.”
ESPN broadcaster Laura Sanko commented “That’s amazing, well done,” while actor Mario Lopez chimed in: “We need to break this down my man.” And UFC middleweight Paulo Costa shared a jokey meme suggesting that White’s new look was the result of “secret juice.”
