Spanning from the merely splurge-worthy to mind-bogglingly extravagant, hotels are increasingly luring couples with luxury getaway deals for two. These upscale offerings—which can stretch into six figures—can augment already extravagant stays with a dizzying roster of VIP amenities. Here, a handful of enticing couple’s deals to consider booking for Valentine’s Day and beyond.

Located on Nicaragua’s Emerald Coast about a two-hour drive from the Managua airport, Rancho Santana is a sprawling retreat set on 2,700-acres blending lush tropical forest—featuring 21 miles of hiking trails, a sea turtle sanctuary and howler monkeys barking from the treetops—with an unspoiled shoreline prized by surfers. The property also boasts a 6,000-square-foot hilltop spa with sweeping forest views, five beaches, three pools, a horse stable, tennis and pickleball courts, and an organic garden that fuels four restaurants.

That self-sustaining ethos extends to the furnishings and beams made from local hardwoods inside the handsome guest suites, and an on-site iron mill that churns out intricate aluminum chandeliers, lamps and handrails for The Inn at Rancho Santana and the property’s spacious private residences. There’s also a general store that offers dry goods and branded Rancho Santana coffee, along with homemade jams, kombuchas, baked goods, charcuterie and pasture-raised pork, chicken and beef.

But most of the guest dining happens at the ranch’s four on-site eateries. Signature dishes include the coffee-rubbed pork chop and plantain hash at La Finca y El Mar, fish tacos and chicharrones at La Taqueria, shrimp paella at La Boquita, and an array of healthy juices, smoothies and breakfast bowls at El Cafe, a centrally-located spot at The Inn overlooking a rocky beachfront where most guests begin their morning.

Named one of the top five resorts in Central America by Conde Nast Traveler, Rancho Santana is leaning further into luxury with a Taste of the Good Life package for two. The deal includes five nights in a luxe residence, daily three-course meals on the beach, a private sunset catamaran cruise, outdoor activities spanning from surf lessons to horseback riding, unlimited yoga sessions and spa treatments, a tour of the historic city of Granada, zip-lining through the treetops of Mombacho, and a charming boat trip through monkey-inhabited Las Isletas.

Guests can end a day of off-site activities by gazing upon the jaw-dropping crater at Masaya, an active volcano that glows with molten lava. The Taste of the Good Life deal even includes a personal photographer to document the whole experience, just in case your iPhone snaps don’t fully capture the stunning surroundings. Starting at $12,000 per couple

For an indulgent European vacation that features golfing at some of Italy’s most beautiful courses, private helicopter rides in Rome, Tuscany and Puglia, and six nights at a five-star hotel, tee up a trip through Sofitel Rome Villa Borghese and Italy4Golf’s new collaboration. The high-flying deal kicks off with a golf cart tour of Rome, a tasting menu meal at the hotel’s rooftop restaurant Settimo, and a round of golf at the Marco Simone Golf Club, site of the 2023 Ryder Cup, with a member of Europe’s Ryder Cup team, before a private visit to Villa Medici, a paragon of Renaissance architecture.

After hitting the links, you’ll visit the Avignonesi winery in Montepulciano for a private tasting and tour, before choppering back to Rome over Tuscan vineyards. (Raffles London OWO)

If five-figures just doesn’t seem like quite enough of a flex, you can easily drop six-figures on a couple’s trip: Luxury travel company Red Savannah’s new Couture and Crown Jewels Experience at Raffles London At The OWO hosts one such ultra-lavish getaway.

While the deal doesn’t include getting knighted or dinner with King Charles, it does promise a raft of ostentatious amenities. There’s a private viewing of the Crown Jewels followed by dinner in the White Tower at the Tower of London, complementary jewels, custom-made Savile Row outfits, four nights in a Raffles Heritage Suite, a private afternoon tea experience, a wine-pairing dinner at the two-Michelin star Kitchen Table eatery, two tickets to a West End show, a private morning cruise along the Thames on an Edwardian riverboat, and naturally, a helicopter tour of Thames Valley. Starting at $550,000 per couple.

(Omni PGA Frisco)

When compared to that kind of opulence, the Over-The-Top Proposal Package at Omni PGA Frisco Resort in Texas could be considered a relative bargain. This matrimonial-themed curiosity also includes a helicopter tour, albeit one where you’re encouraged to propose, a custom engagement ring from Bachendorf’s, a dedicated hair and make-up team, dinner and open bar for 30 guests, a wedding band to play the reception, a professional wedding photographer, a drone fireworks show, unlimited Champagne and even a painter to create an artwork depicting the proposal. Let’s just hope she says yes. Starting at $195,000 per couple.

The most appetizing six-figure option by far would seem to be Blue Marble Private’s jet tour of some of Latin America’s most acclaimed restaurants. This 10-night epicurean odyssey across two continents begins in Mexico City and hopscotches to fine dining destinations in Peru, Chile and famed chef Francis Malliman’s private island in Patagonia. It comes with chef-hosted meals at Central in Lima—the hallowed eatery that nabbed the No. 1 spot on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list—along with bucket list dinners at Rosetta in Mexico City, Mil in Peru, Vik in Chile and more—along with luxe hotel accommodations, of course. Starting at $345,000 per couple
