Former Porn Star Mia Khalifa Just Revealed that ISIS Threatened to Behead Her

Ex porn queen turned sports pundit Mia Khalifa seems pretty fearless. This week she revealed that her fame has brought her more reason than her fans even knew to put on a brave front: Death threats from ISIS.
In a radio interview with The Sports Junkies, one of the hosts mentioned the threats, saying, “She’s actually had ISIS threaten her. Could you imagine? How do you walk around? I wouldn’t leave the house!”

“I think that starting out with ISIS threatening to behead me really set the standard,” Khalifa said in response. Referring to those unhappy with her love for various pro sports teams, she continued, “Like, I look at a Cowboys fan, I’m like, ‘You cannot hurt me. I have ISIS threaten me. You are not scaring me.’”
Asked how ISIS supporters issued their threats, Khalifa said they reached her “through social media.”

“They photoshopped a picture of me being beheaded,” she said, “and threatened that that would happen to me.”
When her interviewers asked if something so intense worried her, she was disarmingly honest. She said that the threats worried her, but “I try not to show it, because you can’t show weakness.”

“That’s exactly what [ISIS is] looking for,” she continued, “I really try and just make it look like it rolls off, but I’ll admit, it gets to you after a while.”
In the same interview Khalifa also addressed famous guys sliding in her DMs, like former Ole Miss QB Chad Kelly. “It does happen all the time,” she said, “but I’ve noticed that after publicly shaming them, it has died down. So I’m happy about that.”

Seriously, if Mia Khalifa is still a proudly public former adult performer—who still has a sizzling hot Instagram presence—after receiving threats from ISIS and aggressively shutting down boneheads in her DMs, she’s got guts for days.
Don’t try her. Unless you’re at least one lucky guy, apparently.
