If you recently watched a hilarious Conan O’Brien segment in which the talk show host tried CrossFit with comedian Kevin Hart, you got a look at the impressive physique of trainer Jen Widerstrom.

Jen trains contestants on The Biggest Loser and is a Reebok brand ambassador. And if you take a look at her fantastic Instagram, you know immediately why we’ve referred to her before as “America’s hottest personal trainer.”
