Grey Goose L'Orange
Fresh lemon juice
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake and pour into a collins glass.

1 and 1/2 oz. SKYY Infusions Vanilla Bean
1/2 oz. SKYY Infusions Moscato Grape
3/4 oz. lime juice
1/2 oz. simple syrup
1/2 cup organic raspberries
Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Fill shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Pour into a coupe glass.
Mole y Avion Espresso
2 oz. Avion Espresso
1 oz. Premium hot chocolate
Fresh whipped cream and mint leaf for garnish
Combine ingredients in glass and heat. Garnish with fresh whipped cream and a mint leaf.
1 oz. AvionReposado
3/4 oz. Black peach tea
1/4) oz. White peach puree
1/4) oz. Lemon juice
3/4) oz. Brown sugar
1/4 oz. Cranberry juice
1 Blackberry and lemon wheel for garnish
Muddle blackberries and brown sugar in shaker. Add all ingredients and shake. Double strain and pour into a glass over ice. Garnish with blackberry and a lemon wheel.
Winter Love Punch
1 and 1/2 oz. Avion Reposado
1/4 oz. Lime juice
1/4 oz. Lemon juice
1/4 oz. Grenadine
3/4 oz. Simple syrup
3/4 oz. Pomegranate juice
1 Tsp. allspice
1 Sprig thyme for garnish
Combine all ingredients into a shaker excluding the allspice. Shake and strain into a glass over ice. Sprinkle allspice on top. Garnish with sprig of thyme.

Combine wine and syrup, and garnish with edible rose petals.
1 Part UV Sriracha Vodka
1 Splash agave nectar
1 Handful strawberries
Blend with ice and pour into sugar-rimmed margarita glass.
The Warm Avion
1 oz. Avion Silver
1/2 oz. Amaretto
1/2 oz. Lemon juice
1/2 oz. Honey
1 Black tea bag
1 Lemon twist, cranberries, and cinnamon for garnish
Prepare black tea and add tequila, Amaretto, and lemon juice together. Garnish with lemon twist, a dash of cinnamon and fresh cranberries.
St. Valentine's Day Massacre
4 Fresh strawberries, hulled
2 Ounces of Marquis Vodka
1 Ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
Muddle strawberries in a shaker. Add Marquis vodka, lemon juice, simple syrup, and ice; shake, and strain into a glass. Top with soda.
The Pavan Rouge

1 Part Pavan Liqueur
1 Part vodka or gin
1 Part lemon juice
1 Part sparkling rosé (preferably Prosecco)
1/2 Part thyme honey syrup*
Add all ingredients, excluding the sparkling rosé, to a blender. Blend for 30 seconds. Strain through tea strainer (fine strainer) into a double rocks glass that already has the sparkling rosé. Garnish with two raspberries and two small thyme sprigs. Enjoy.
*Thyme honey syrup:
3-4 grams of thyme (approx. six full, big sprigs)
1 Cup honey
1 Cup water
In a sauce pan or small pot, add the ingredients. Bring to a boil and reduce the mixture until it's a syrup.
