Brooks Nader Dishes On ‘Baywatch,’ ‘Love Thy Nader’ And Her Favorite Summer Wine
The actress, model and former Maxim cover star toasts a new Josh Cellars winery partnership and her role in Fox’s “Baywatch” series revamp.
Downtime is rare these days for Brooks Nader, but sun-kissed fun in the sun is in no short supply as the actress, model, reality TV sensation and former Maxim cover beauty stars in a hotly anticipated Baywatch reboot and plots a globetrotting summer.
The Love Thy Nader phenom (who appears in the fan-favorite show alongside sisters Sarah, Mary and Grace Ann) chatted with Maxim on a recent phone call from Los Angeles in a rare moment of respite. Lately, Nader has spent as many as 19 hours a day on set in her buzzy role as Celine Archer on Fox’s upcoming Baywatch series reboot.
Nader—who dubbed her 2025 Maxim shoot “my favorite cover ever”—called her Baywatch role “the opportunity of a lifetime,” adding that it’s her first major scripted role. “It’s such a blessing, and every morning that I get to that set, I pinch myself and it feels like the first time all over again, because it’s just such an honor,” she said. “You just have to get the scenes done and make them perfect, and I kind of love that because it’s sort of amazing.”
It’s far from the only thing keeping her busy, with season two of her family’s Louisiana-meets-New-York reality show on the way this coming winter. Always on the go, Nader and her sisters recently starred in a Quay Australia sunglasses campaign. “We are big sunglass girlies, and we all have different styles and different personalities, so it was so much fun to be able to be part of the design process,” she said of the campaign.
“We’re such a tight-knit family and we didn’t expect to be on a reality show, but I’m so happy that people loved it and we’re enjoying it,” she said. “I’m glad that people get a little piece of the sisterhood, and there’s a lot more to come with season two.”
And with Baywatch shooting set to wrap in a few weeks after starting this past March, Nader notes “it’s just been so fulfilling and rewarding seeing all of our hard work pay off, and people getting excited for the show,” praising the crew and her castmates (the lineup includes another recent Maxim cover star, Livvy Dunne).
When Nader does get some time to slow down, she plots a summer trip, adding that a family jaunt to Italy’s Amalfi coast is on the horizon. She also launched a partnership with Josh Cellars winery, adding that she enjoys the popular brand’s Seaswept Sparkling on its own with ice or in a refreshing spritz. “Honestly, Josh (Cellars) and I go way back. I feel like that was where I first discovered wine was Josh back in Louisiana,” she said with a laugh, noting that she enjoys it the most when “vibing with my sisters, no plans, laying in the sun.”
With a busy summer heating up, what advice does Nader have for readers looking to unwind? “Take a load off, take time for yourself … spend some time in the sun!” she said, before breezing onward towards another day in the sun on Baywatch.
