After shedding 80 pounds with the ever-trendy keto diet, former adult film star Jenna Jameson took to Instagram with before-and-after shots to share her weight loss story with her followers.

“This is 205 vs. 125 both perfectly happy… but only one of these is healthy! I’m so thankful to #keto for giving me my life back!”

She captioned the picture:

Alright my fellow #keto people and y’all who are on the fence. Let’s talk self doubt and healthy thinking. I think my body has decided this is my ideal weight. 125. My unhealthy mind keeps thinking I need to be 110. I quietly say ‘not today, demon’ I won’t cave to those voices that tell me I need to be a size 0 to be loved. When I look in the mirror now I see health and happiness, and that alone is my fuel to continue this lifestyle. Do I still pinch my loose belly skin and wish I still had a washboard tummy? Yes. Does Batelli pinch it and laugh? Yes. But that’s when my admiration for this body really hits me. I made 3 miracles. In closing I think it boils down to self love. Say it with me… I LOVE ME.

Jameson has been on the high-fat, low-carb diet since March 2018 after struggling to lose the baby weight she gained during her pregnancies, and slimmed down from 205 pounds to a healthy 125.

Her Instagram account has essentially turned into a keto inspiration page, where she not only shares her progress but also lays out what she eats throughout the day.

I wake up at 6 am and immediately make coffee. I prefer instant with stevia and heavy cream.
I then allow myself to get hungry. That usually is about 10 or 11 am.
I cook 4 over easy eggs and top them with sour cream with Cholula hot sauce mixed in.
Around 2 pm I find myself hungry again. I have been loving this cabbage salad I make. It’s comprised of shredded cabbage, sesame oil, fresh ginger, soy sauce and a handful of minced cashews. It’s fabulous with a chicken breast.
6 pm is my last meal of the day. I’m a steak lover, so I always have a beautiful ribeye on hand! I’ve been loving double ribeyes lately… so I sear them in a skillet then bake low and slow, and that results in a super tender piece of meat! I pair it with zucchini noodles with marinara. Throughout the day I drink lots of water and I adore the soda zevia, I highly recommend it!

She also posted about her sobriety:

“Today is an important day for me in my recovery. 3 years. I can’t begin to explain what sobriety has brought to my life. But I will try…Yes, I’m not the intensely self centered ‘the world owes me something’ woman anymore. I am now the ‘What can I do for the world’ woman.”
