Steam And Rye,London, England

Maxim favorite Kelly Brook has teamed up with nightlife extraordinaire Nick House (the guy behind Mahiki and Whisky Mist) to build a funhouse in the city of London! We’re talking multiple floors of dining, drinking, live music, and a 3AM closing time. The main room, suitably packed with London’s city slickers, is designed to resemble NYC’s Grand Central Station, and BarChick favorite Andy Mil heads up the bar, so you know the drinks are gonna be good. The Prescription Julep is the winner, so you have to get some of those down before you head off exploring.

Upstairs is a kind of like a taxidermy-loving cargo hold filled with suitcases, birdcages, and a whole load of stuffed animals.  This is the place to hang if you’re on a date, since it’s got more of an intimate vibe…despite the occasional interruption of a stuffed giraffe, of course. Downstairs is the slickest of the bunch, and the long bar has been modeled after a steam train dining carriage, with sexy red leather booths and a never-ending metallic bar. Be sure to order a few Mile Highs – they’re served with little paper airplanes fashioned out of pages torn from 50 Shades of Grey. Good for getting in the mood, perhaps.
