Skye's got her own secret to maintaining her rocking bod: less is actually more. "I work out three to four days a week for 30-45 minutes at a time," she told the Daily Star on Monday.
“I like to vary my training, so I'm always doing something different," she added. "Usually I'll lift weights and do high-intensity interval training (HIIT) like a circuit or sprints. I love circuit training and HIIT sessions because they're the most effective way to burn fat plus they don't take long.”
Whatever she's doing, it's working — and it's making us want to go to work in the gym, too.
